Best thing about working at ASTSS – Is how invested our team are in our company purpose, growth and development. We support each other, rally and have a resilient team. Love working here and building the business the old man started.

Where you’ll find me on weekends – Swimming, hanging out with family and friends, watching a good story on Netflix or murder mystery on the BBC.

If I was a trailer/trailer part, I’d be a – Magnet in the backing plate. Slowing down to meet the team where they are at or releasing to grow and build momentum.

Something funny or special that only happens at ASTSS – Once a month we have award called the Wowzers. All the team anonymously nominate 2 people and acknowledge them for living our company values. We get together and read them out to the whole team. It’s such a great opportunity to build value, connection and have a laugh together.

My best piece of advice for trailer owners would be – Make an effort to check your lights, wheels and coupling before every trip, it takes a moment and its worth protecting the lives of your family, friends and people you live in the world with.
