My job involves – Maintaining focus on the purpose mission and values, maintaining the health of the business, making the tough decisions when needed. Most of all empowering/enabling the team to be able to achieve their priorities.

Best thing about working at ASTSS – I get to spend time with my family. My sister, Father and I have always had a close relationship. Mostly because growing up Mum had MS so we rallied in order for the family to function. I think that’s why we are so close. Plus, we have a wicked team that actually makes it awesome to want to come to work.

Where you’ll find me on weekends – Either at the beer garden, in my kitchen (foodie) or getting up to mischief with my 2 kids.

If I was a trailer/trailer part, I’d be a – ASTSS Coupling, resilient as f%#$, at the helm steering the ship, holds on for dear life and won’t let go.

Something funny or special that only happens at ASTSS – We have a saying “Never a Dull moment at All States”. When we need to rally… the team f@#%-in rallies!

My best piece of advice for trailer owners would be – Buy once, buy right! Maintain your trailer it’s your lives you are risking towing something dodgy or overloaded!
