Evolution's Fibreglass Hull Light Series of boat trailers are suited to vessels with a hull length between 3.4 metres and 5.4 metres, and an aggregate trailer mass from 450kg up to 1200kg.

Manufactured in our Coomera, Gold Coast factory from Australian steel, these boat trailers are built tough to handle the rough and tumble of towing a boat across the Australian landscape. Featuring a hot-dipped galvanised chassis and durable, quality components, Evolution's Fibreglass Hull Light Series have a long list of standard features which set them apart form the competition. Most models in the range include our unique rear entry cut-out design which means guiding the boat on to the keel rollers is quick and easy, ensuring you spend minimal time on the boat ramp and the hull is always carried straight and even during towing. The trailer fit-out quality continues with galvanised suspension, axle, hubs, rims and braking components, all ensuring a safe, stable and smooth ride for your boat and years of durable service.

All models in the range come standard with fully adjustable wobble rollers, ensuring even and consistent support of the hull at all times. Our hard poly rollers are durable and strong, and every boat trailer in the series has full LED lighting and enclosed wiring throughout. A quality galvanised winch, coupling and swing-up jockey wheel complete the package.

Besides the large amount of standard features, each Evolution trailer can be factory fitted with a wide array of ready-to-go upgrades and accessories. Add further functionality to your boat trailer with items such as spare wheels and mounts, upgraded braking and suspension systems, welded-in trailer walkways and stone guards, alloy rims and low-profile tyres, additional lighting options, or 2-pak paint. Besides our large selection of factory-ready upgrades, Evolution have decades of experience with full in-house fabrication facilities, and can design and produce one-off boat trailer modifications or additions for customers to create a truly customised boat trailer.

All trailer major parts and components are either hot-dipped galvanised, dacromet coated or stainless steel for longevity in outdoor and water environments. And all trailer wiring is fully sealed, with LED lights used throughout.
